- Extended Abstract : in a separate one page, with the same format like the Scientific Paper (below), containing : the Paper Title, the List of Authors, the Authors` Institution, Keywords, the text of Extended Abstract and selected Bibliography references ; it may include important Formulae, Drawings etc.;
- Example of well done EXTENDED ABSTRACT
- SCIENTIFIC PAPER ( 4 to 10 pages, must be written in English language)
- Page Format : paper size A4, margins left 20 mm, right 20 mm, top 30 mm, bottom 20 mm, default font Arial 12 pt, line spacing 1 ;
- Paper Title : on first line, upper case, Arial 14 pt, bold, align center ;
- List of Authors : ( First name , SURNAME ) : second line under Paper Title, Arial 12 pt, bold ; Authors` Institution (university , research centre, e-mail, etc.) : first line under the List of Authors, Arial 12 pt ;
- Keywords : 3 to 5 keywords, second line under Authors` Institution
- Abstract : the most 6 lines of text, starting in the second line after the Keywords Arial 10 pt ;
- Subheadings : should be numbered and separated from the rest of the text by a blank line in front and another one after the subheading, upper case, Arial 12 pt, bold, align left ;
- Paragraphs : should be set by TAB, line spacing 1, align justified ; from the second page on, they should cover the whole frame of the page ;
- Drawings : should be perceptible good contrast, caption centered under the drawing, Arial 10 pt, italic, bold ;
- Formulae : Arial 12 pt, align center, numbered at the right margin and in-between brackets ( ) ;
- Bibliography : should be worded alphabetically and in a standard manner, references within the text being inserted in square brackets [ ] , Arial 10 pt ;
- Files Format : Preferable in MS Word format.
