Fascicle of Management and Technological Engineering ISSN 1583 - 0691, CNCSIS "Clasa B+" 3 issues per year   DESCRIPTION OF THE PEER REVIEW PROCESS Every submitted article will undergo the peer review process: the articles will be edited in conformity with the given instructions; the articles will be submitted using the user interface (user guide); the articles will be peer reviewed by 3 scientific referees with expertise in the field of the article; scientific referees and members of the Board of Editors and Scientific Comitee has PhD titles and are part of the academic community; the scientific referees will evaluate the following issues: the authors will respect the publication requirements: structure, form, content, relevance; the article presents original researches and the results are clearly stated; references are relevant and up to date; the content of the article match academic moral and ethic principles; the articles are returned to the authors for modifications if the instructions are not strictly followed; the article will be rejected if it do not has an original scientific content, if it is not correctly edited or if it is not modified in accordance with the referees recommendations; the authors have the whole responsibility for the content of the article and if it is the case for the English translation; the authors also will declare that the article or any part of it had not been formerly published elsewhere;   Copyright 2011 CNCSIS ACCREDITATION 2002-2004, "Clasa B" 2005-2006, "Clasa B+" 2007-2011
