| Paper Title : on first line, upper case, Arial 14 pt, bold, align center ; |
| List of Authors ( First name , SURNAME ) : second line under Paper Title, Arial 12 pt, bold ; |
| Authors` Institution (university , research centre, e-mail, etc.) : first line under the List of Authors, Arial 12 pt ; |
| Keywords : 3 to 5 keywords, second line under Authors` Institution |
